Receiving your final portraits

No RAW files or any images that Photographer deems substandard will be provided.

Prints that comes with package that you have chosen with EWP can be mailed OR photographer can schedule a meet up day/time that works for the both client and photographer.  

Client may print images as often as they like, from any photo printer they choose if they purchased the digital copy.  

Photographer does not accept any responsibility for lost photos following delivery to Client.  

Photographer also assumes no responsibility for printing errors, print quality, or any products that are not printed by Photographer.

Client understands and agrees that rights to all images remains with Photographer and that copyright to all images is owned by Photographer.  

Therefore, no editing or adjusting of files by Client is permitted. Doing so is infringement of US Copyright Law (USC Title 17) with fines starting at $50,000.  

The Process

1. Complete this contract/questionnaire
2. Discuss with photographer, package you're interested in, choose a day,time,location, (other details and add ons)
3. Invoice will be sent to the email address provided on this form for the deposit( if session has a deposit requirement)
4. After invoice have been paid, an appointment reminder will follow stating date time and location details as well as when the final payment is due.
5. Before the scheduled session, final payment is due the day before the session.
6. The day of the session, please plan at least arrive 10 mins early in case you run into traffic or parking delays and also that time will allow session directions as well as demonstrations and clothing check to make sure everything is set to go!
7. After the session please wait 48-72hrs for your link to your proofs to be emailed to you. Please select the amount of favorites that comes with your session. Any additional poses will be an extra $12
8. Prints are in, they can be mailed or photographer can arrange a meet up location to meet at to hand deliver prints and products.

Cancelation/rescheduling

 Photographer reserves the right to cancel/reschedule a session for any reason and assumes no liability as a result of cancellation/reschedule.

Should weather become a issue the day of the session, per photographer's judgement of weather interference and need to reschedule, photographer will contact client at least 24hrs in advance.  

Client will notify photographer if they will be late for their session as soon as possible and at least 1-2hrs in advance.  

Photographer reserves the right to leave if Client is more than fifteen (15) minutes late to a session( regular session), mini session editions more than 5 mins is considered late, causing session to be rescheduled and rescheduling fee of $25 will be added to new rescheduling session(special edition mini sessions can not be rescheduled for another day).

If session is canceled more than 2 times, photographer will require client to book a 3rd time but full payment is due up front & is non refundable.

Every possible care will be taken with respect to exposure, transportation and processing of photographs; including using professional grade equipment.

However, in the unlikely event of the Client’s photographs being lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond the Photographer’s control, the Photographer’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received.

The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price. If this is a free service, there is no return.

Photographer will assume no liability for any injuries or accidents that may happen before, during, or after the session.
