As a photographer I always wanted to try something different with my sessions. It wasn't until I ran across the thought of what about capturing a "Fresh 48 Session"!

A What is a fresh 48 session you ask? It's when your capturing the first 24- 48hrs of the newborn life after birth and love the idea of getting these 1st moments captured but don't care to have someone there photographing your birth. Fresh 48 sessions are typically done on location at the hospital or in your home if you're doing a in home birth. It's pretty relaxed and emotions are definitely still flying everywhere, so in your session emotions, smiles, and looks will be genuinely captured!

This was the very 1st fresh 48 session captured by Jerrica SM Photgraphy, & won't be the last! I thank baby Caidyn's parents for entrusting me to do this session & capturing very sweet moments! Feel free to share!
