Wanted to touch bases for all of those that have previously booked with EyeWonder Portraits, previously known as Jerrica SM Photography and give you a few updates of the new policy for an even better experience!

The steps are now as follows:

Step 1- Contact "EyeWonder Portraits"(EWP) via "Contact Page by clicking on:  Contact us and your email will be answered within 24hrs. EWP can also be reached via email at [email protected] or by text or calling (843)636-5051 If sending a message please be very specific as possible, it will be greatly appreciated.

Step 2- After discussing session with photographer and pricing/date/time/location options have been decided and you're ready to proceed with booking and photographer has instructed to fill out "Photography client questionnaire/contract" please click on "Booking form to complete" on our main page or by clicking the following: Photography client questionnaire/contract   and complete form

Step 3- Pre-Consult/ deposit meeting! This meeting allows for in person face to face time with your photographer over tea/coffee to sit down and get to know each other, meet the family, answer any questions, finalize date,time,specific location( Beach sessions are an additional $20),theme/color schemes,poses,how to be prepared, clothing advice, showing of products that comes with package if there is any, review additional print pricing, and to collect 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due the day before the session. Please take a photo of empty space on your walls and area around it so that it can be determined the sizing of prints and canvases that can fit the area and also to determine location that will fit the theme of your already home decor, if possible send photo prior to deposit meeting. If you cannot make the deposit meeting a consult via video chat is possible as well! The reveal and ordering appointment will be scheduled about a week from the session date and will only be done weekday mornings on Mondays and Wednesdays,and can take up to about 2 hours

Step 4: Time to get excited! Everything is officially set in stone and now it's time to be on the countdown to the photography session! Appointment reminder will be sent via email and sent to your phone with Session location, time, date, deposit paid info, and remaining balance info

Step 5: Day of the session! Prepare the night ahead, have clothing laid out, look up time it takes to arrive to your location;arrive at least 10-15 mins  before schedule time, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if child is sleeping on the way to the session or anyone else, please wake them up at least 5-10 mins prior to arriving so that there are no sleepy lines on their face from laying on something and also to prevent some crankiness when first awaking children. Try to arrive early enough to find parking, especially if session is in the city, arriving early also allows time to discuss how things are about to flow for the next 30 mins to 90 mins. If running late PLEASE notify photographer a least a hr prior to session. If more than 15 mins late with no contact of running late, photographer will assume you are not going to show, and session will have to be rescheduled and a rescheduling fee of $20 will be added. So please notify photographer to avoid rescheduling fee.

Step 6: Please allow at least a week for portrait session reveal. Please if you can help it, please do not bringing children to the appointment, we want you to be fully attentive when making such important decisions. Also please bring with you the important decision makers, and feel free to bring grandparents as well! At the reveal, you will meet at the discussed location and your portraits will be revealed to you. If your session comes with 5 images you will then be shown several images and you will then narrow it down to your Top 5, and if you just cannot walk away without the other images you can purchase any additional logo marked low resolution images at $8 each. If your session includes a photo book, photographer and client together will choose the design, colors, and photos at that time as well. Be mindful the sessions comes with a print credit, at that time you can decide what product you want to use your print credit towards( extra digital file, print, canvas, etc.) If purchasing additional items, payment will be due at the time as well More details will be discussed at pre-consult

Step 7: You have ordered your prints and products and now the wait is over! A meeting will be scheduled to hand delivered finished products! Your photography session is now completed!
